Welcome to Signature Spa & Massage. Our goal is to provide a relaxing, professional, and therapeutic experience for every guest. Please review the following policies to ensure the best service for everyone.

Appointment Policy

Appointments are recommended to ensure availability.

Walk-ins are welcome based on availability. Clients are encouraged to arrive 10–15 minutes before their scheduled appointment to complete any required paperwork and prepare for their session.

Late arrivals may result in a shortened session time to avoid delaying the next client.

Late Arrival Policy

If you arrive late:

• Your session may be shortened to respect the next client’s appointment.
• The full-service fee will still apply.
• If you are 15 minutes or more late, the appointment may be considered a missed appointment and may need to be rescheduled.

Cancellation Policy

We respectfully request at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment may be charged 50% of the service price.
• Same-day cancellations may also be subject to this fee.

This policy helps us manage our schedule and accommodate other clients.

No-Show Policy

Clients who do not show up for their scheduled appointment without notice will be charged 100% of the service price.

Repeated no-shows may require prepayment when booking future appointments.

Payment Policy

We accept the following forms of payment:

• Cash
• Credit / Debit Cards
• Digital payment methods (if available)

Payment is due at the time services are rendered.

Gratuities are appreciated but not required.

Health & Safety Policy

For the safety of our clients and therapists:

• Please inform your therapist of any medical conditions, injuries, or pregnancy.
• Clients experiencing fever, contagious illness, or skin infections may be asked to reschedule their appointment.

Massage therapy is not a substitute for medical care.

Professional Conduct Policy

Signature Spa & Massage maintains a strictly professional environment.

• Any inappropriate behavior, comments, or requests will result in the immediate termination of the session.
• Full payment will still be required.
• Future appointments may be refused.

Personal Belongings

Signature Spa & Massage is not responsible for lost or stolen items. Please keep valuables with you or avoid bringing them.
